The senior management consists of ex senior naval officers who successfully served in the SA Navy in the executive and engineering divisions and have a wealth of acquisition and support projects to their credit.

They have been decorated for meritorious work in several projects by CNAVY and CSANDF in the application of new operational tactics and technology were also nominated for two ARMSCOR Chairman’s awards.

The partnership brought considerable entrepreneurial skills into focus, developing business both in the Defence and the commercial sectors specifically directed at acquisition and engineering management.
